Shopping Instruction
1. All of our products are custom – made, and we do not allow returns or exchanges for products that are not defective or shipped incorrectly.
2. Please confirm the order size and details before placing an order, if you place a payment directly, it is considered as waiting for the products, we will not allow returns.
3. We will process your order after we receive payment.
4. The delivery time is about 1 – 2 months. For special products and sizes, we will inform you the arrival date separately.
5. The packaging and shipping method is based on our company, if you request other packaging methods will be charged separately. The fabric will be shipped folded, and it is normal to have creases.
6. Free shipping service is available when the consumer spends NTD$10,000 or more at the entire museum. If the amount of free shipping is not reached, the consumer will pay the shipping fee of NTD$3500.
7. The orders from overseas countries will incur additional international shipping charges, please contact customer service at + 886 – 2 – 27683123 for orders.
8. Please refer to the actual product as the color and material presentation may vary slightly due to different brand screens and resolutions. If you have any questions, please go to our bricks and mortar store to confirm.
9. If the order is delayed due to natural disasters, man – made disasters or uncontrollable factors, we will notify you.
10. We have the right to accept the orders or not. If there is any error in the terms of the transaction or any other circumstances that we cannot accept the order, we will notify you that the order is not valid and will be cancelled, and the refund will be issued.

Notes on shipping and receiving information
1. The delivery method is mainly provided by our company.
2. Please be sure to include the full name of the recipient in Chinese, and the address where someone will sign for it during the daytime. Please do not fill in the post office address. In case of “Wrong Information”, “Missing Address”, “Incomplete Chinese Name of the Recipient” or “Nickname in English or Other Languages”, the order will be returned to us by the logistics company due to delivery difficulties, the additional shipping charges must be paid by the buyer and will extend the re-delivery time.
3. If the order is not delivered due to an error in the order information, the buyer will have to notify our company to correct the order information and re-deliver the products. If the order exceeds the processing period (7 days from the scheduled delivery date) and the buyer does not respond after being contacted by the company, the order will be suspended and the company will not be responsible for the storage obligations.
4. The delivery time will be delayed in the following cases:
– Incomplete recipient information, change of recipient address, or inability of the recipient to receive the shipment.
– In case of weekends, legal holidays, typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters, man-made disasters, public works, festivals and events to control the road, or in case of system equipment maintenance, storage adjustment, inventory, etc.
Return and exchange instructions
1. Please record the entire process before opening and unpacking: Please record the entire unpacking process to protect the rights of both parties. Please be sure to record the entire unpacking process to ensure that the product is not missing. In the event of a “shipping error”, “out of stock”, “defective product”, etc., the “complete video” will be used as evidence (the complete video will be taken from the unopened condition of the delivery box). The video must be clearly filmed 〔unopened state〕,〔unpacking process〕, 〔object body〕, 〔product details〕, etc. The video must be “clear unboxing video”, fast forwarding or videos with obvious editing marks will not be processed. If you have any doubts about the product, please attach the entity delivery note and the complete video file within three days from the day of receipt (inclusive) and inform us. We will not process overtime.
2. After receiving the products, if you find that there are defects, damage, missing parts or with the store label specifications do not match, need to apply for exchange and return, please complete the application within 7 days after the arrival of the products.
3. When returning or exchanging products, please return the purchase invoice and the products (including the activity gifts) together.
4. The buyer has to pay the shipping fee first, and then the seller can return it to the buyer after the responsibility is determined.
5. Please videotape the whole packing process and provide it to the seller, and send it only after the seller confirms that the packing is correct. Without the confirmation of the seller to send the products own, we will not handle it, and can refuse to accept the package or ask the buyer to pick up within 3 days, we are not responsible for storage obligations.
6. Please pack the returned products in the original packaging materials properly, if the original packaging materials have been lost, the buyer needs to use other packaging methods, the buyer is responsible for the packaging and costs. Please do not stick paper or writing on the products, the delivery method is mainly provided by our company, and you should be sent within the appointed time, and you should provide the shipping receipt.
7. Returned products must be in new condition and completely packaged (including the product body, internal and external packaging, add-ons, gifts and documents, etc.), and must not be scratched or soiled. In addition, the following circumstances may affect your return privileges:
– Overtime returns and exchanges.
– The products are not inspected in accordance with the opening and unpacking methods.
– You destroy the packaging, remove seals, remove tags, remove stickers, remove labels and use the merchandise without affecting your ability to inspect it.
– Any other cause of damage, loss or alteration of the products beyond what is necessary for inspection or attributable to you.
8. We will contact you as soon as we receive the returned item in full (including quantity and items) and the invoice to confirm that it is correct.
9. Please do not send the products back to the seller without confirmation of the fact that the products can be returned or exchanged by both parties, we will not accept any of them, and may refuse to accept the package or ask the buyer to pick them up within 3 days, we are not responsible for the storage obligations.
10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of our company shall be final.
